Wonder how it works? Here’s a timeline on what to expect when you use Napa Auto Care:

Day 1:

• 8am: Your car arrives and we check it out for FREE!
• 10am: Later that day, our service advisors will call you to deliver the bad news, but offer you a lower cost, quicker turn around option for your engine repair.
• 1pm: Our Technicians remove your bad engine.

Day 2:

• 8am: You will have a cup of coffee to wake up; meanwhile, your replacement engine is unloaded.
• 8:15am: Technician begins installation.
• 12pm: Keep enjoying your day, Tire Pros has your repair under control!
• 3pm: If you have a 4 cylinder, installation is finished and testing begins.

Many jobs will be ready for delivery after 5pm. Larger engines will require a third day and delivery of most vehicles will be completed on day 3.
